This Privacy Policy describes how the Paper Wheel mobile application ("the App", package name com.buildsol.wheelspin) handles information. Paper Wheel is developed and published by Divya Pratap Singh (Rewanta) ("we", "us", "our").
Paper Wheel does not collect, transmit, store on any server, or share any personal data. All data created or used within the App — including wheel names, wheel options, spin history, and app settings — stays entirely on your device. The App does not require an internet connection to function, does not include advertising, and does not use analytics or crash-reporting services.

To provide its core functionality, the App stores the following data locally on your device only, using Android's local storage mechanisms (Room database and DataStore preferences):
This data is never transmitted off your device. It is not visible to us, is not backed up to any server we control, and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App or manually clear the App's data/storage from Android system settings.
If your device has Android's built-in backup feature enabled (Google's Auto Backup for Apps), this locally stored data may be included in your personal Google account backup as part of standard Android OS behavior. That backup is managed entirely by Google and your device, not by us — see Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Android backups work.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or crash reporting.
The App may use the Google Play In-App Review API to let you rate the App directly from within it, and relies on the Google Play Store / Google Play services for distribution and updates, as is standard for any Android app installed via Google Play. Any data handled by Google Play services as part of normal app installation, updates, or the review prompt is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not by us.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the relevant age threshold in your jurisdiction), because the App does not collect any personal information from any user, of any age.
Because no data leaves your device, there is no data transmission for us to secure, and no server-side data of yours for us to protect. Local data on your device is subject to your device's own security (e.g., screen lock, disk encryption), which we recommend you keep enabled.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features that change how data is handled. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" above. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If a future change means we begin collecting data we don't collect today, we will update this policy to accurately describe that before the change takes effect.
